She is bright, resourceful, witty and happy. If I had to go through the home buying process, I would not want to do it without Kathleen. She is truly a treasure. My personal experience was totally enjoyable. Kathleen explained each step of every action to me ahead of time so I would know how to prepare and be ready. Buyer reviewKathleen was excellent. We could not have asked for a better agent! She returned phone calls, text messages, and even emails literally within minutes. She spent a very generous amount of time explaining the terms of the initial offer and contract to us. She was there every step of the way including the inspection and final walk through. Kathleen brought up issues/concerns we had never even considered! She was a very efficient mediator between us and our lender and the seller, even handling any issues with our lender or contract without being prompted by us. Kathleen was always pleasant and very respectful. She made us feel comfortable asking as many questions as we needed throughout the whole process. We could not imagine working with any one else to handle the purchase of our first home! We have already recommended Kathleen to our own friends and family.

Seller reviewKathleen Long is the best realtor I have ever met. I worked as a licensed realtor in an office of over 200 agents. I have never seen anyone work harder or more competent than Kathleen. Any thing Kathleen did she put in 150% effort. She did far above what any realtor would do to get the job done. There is no one like this woman. She cares about the deal, and the people on both sides. I have NEVER come across any agent or broker who could come close to doing the job the way she does. She sets the standard of what a realtor should aspire to become. It was my sincere pleasure to have had Kathleen Long as my agent.
