We knew her knowledge of preparing homes for sale would expedite the sale. Kathy has the best interests of her clients in mind. She was extremely patient with me answering every question and reassuring us along the way. Her professionalism and friendly nature helped to get us through the process. Kathy was our broker when we bought the house 10 years ago. She was aware of our desire to move out of California. We knew her knowledge of preparing homes for sale would expedite the sale. Kathy was great in helping us prepare our house before it went on the market. Her suggestions made the house very marketable and we had an offer which proceeded to the sale within four days. She was always available to us and answered all our questions. She is an asset to her profession and works extremely well with her clients. Kathy has the best interests of her clients in mind. Since we closed from another state, she also went to the walk through of the house for us, sent us an email of what was said and what to look out for and also sent us pics.
