Seller reviewKathy Mauro was recommended among a few other realtors by our plumber who flips houses and felt the house was worth more than a realtor we were interviewing who lived in the same development thought it was worth. After meeting Kathy, she agreed with our plumber and agree to list the property for the price we were asking. This asking price was $30,000 more than the previous realtor's recommendation. We ended up getting $10,000 less than asking because it didn't appraise as high but were very pleased that Kathy's recommendation was much closer to the actual appraisal.The house was sold to the first buyer who was brought in by another realtor at Century 21.
