Seller reviewI had previously listed the house with another agent a year ago. I got only 6 or 7 reviews and no purchase offers. With Kathy I had 2 reviews and received a purchase offer for each of them. However, I have not yet received my money even though the buyer has moved in, I had no problem working with Kathy. I was looking for a top rated realtor and feel that I found one.

When we met with Kathy, she impressed us with her knowledge of the market, and her attention to detail when assessing our home and our needs. Kathy kept us informed at all times and kept in touch even during slow periods. We couldn't have asked for a better agent! If you had a category higher than "excellent" we'd select that - Kathy was superb!
