Kathleen began her real estate in the Raleigh area. The competitive and sometimes hectic Raleigh market never stopped her from taking special care of each client from contract to closing, she prides herself on being accessible and going the extra mile. Kathleen does whatever it takes to really listen to her clients and always has their best interest at heart.

For over 25 years, the NC mountains have been a place for the Medlin to recharge and enjoy all the high country has to offer. Ray, who is also a Realtor, recently retired with nearly 28 years in the military and he and Kathleen followed their lifelong dream to make Boone their permanent home. After numerous years of deployments and being apart, working together is something they both appreciate. "We enjoy meeting people and we work well as a team."
