I am Katie Brookshire, a third generation realtor with Century 21 McAlpine Associates. My grandfather started our family company with my mother, Nancy M. Lee in 1987. My grandfather, James P. McAlpine, believed in hard work, loyalty, and good service. I remember him saying things like the only difference between good and great is an inch and hard work has never killed anyone. His determination to serve the public and serve them well is what we still strive for today!
Specializations
I am proud to be from a family of realtors. When I was only 18 years old, I received my real estate license and started to learn the family business. I received my Graduate Realtor Institute designation and with my mothers guidance, I have learned the importance of home ownership, how to offer the best service, and how important real estate education is to serve my clients well. After selling real estate in Charleston and Myrtle Beach, I have settled into our Conway office and hope to help continue my grandfathers legacy.
