Local knowledge is huge and Kay has all of that. Timely communications, especially when seller is in one state, we're in Alabama and Kay in Florida. Always did what she said she would. Has hard as this sale was, Kay made us comfortable knowing the end result would work out. Thank you Kay, call her if you need a realtor.
