To have the opportunity to have Kathy help me with my very first real estate transaction was a no-brainer. Kathy went ABOVE AND BEYOND in so many respects throughout the process. Between her always being on call, her knowledge, resourcefulness, creativity, and willing to go to so many open houses and never pressuring me into buying something I would potentially not be happy with... she genuinely cares about her clients and ensuring their satisfaction. She is there for you pre-closing and post-closing. If you're looking to work with someone who has their finger on the pulse of the real estate market and somebody so kind, polite, and professional, Kathy is who you want to work with. Most of all, she could be the hardest working person that I know. I would recommend her to anybody that is looking to buy or sell a property.
