Buyer reviewMy wife reached out to Kathy after finding her name when looking up 55 communities in Winter Haven Florida. We were looking to move down from NY to be close to family but knew little of the area & needed much guidence. When we first met Kathy we were very happy not to recieve the typical strong arm tactics for a typical salesperson. Kathy was open to our "not buying yet" and "just looking" conversations. We came down to Florida many times over the course of the last two & a half years & she always made time for us, taking to see upwards of 6-8 homes/communities each trip. We went from 55 communities - to new homes - to resales - to neighboring towns, all the while never balking about our mind changes & aprehension. We definately did not make it easy for Kathy. Being in NY, Kathy frequently sent homes to look at & we sent significant choices back to Kathy for her thoughts. We were very pleased to find our new home with Kathy by our side, she held our hands through the entire process.

Seller reviewsince we were out of town when the decision was made to sell our home I called Kathy since we purchased the home with her - she did not hesitate to and did her homework and suggested pricing - there were a couple of bumps in the road but nothing that Kathy couldn't smooth out!!!! Once that "special buyer" was found it was all smooth sailing! If we ever have the opportunity to live in Florida again Kathy is the first one i'll call
