Buyer reviewI cannot state strongly enough how much help Kathy was during the whole home purchasing process. I never felt uninformed or overwhelmed by the process as Kathy led me every step of the way. I let her know what I was looking for and what I could afford and she went to work for me immediately. Within days she began scheduling viewings for me and within 2 weeks we had found a condominium within my price range. Kathy was always prompt to showings. She always pointed out the high points and the low points of prospective properties which was incredibly helpful in the negotiation process. Once I found the home I wanted to purchase, Kathy had the contract offer submitted and we were under contract within 24 hours. I didn't have to worry about anything and we closed on my new home in less than a month after making the initial offer. Many thanks and my highest praise go out to Kathy Bombard for being such a caring real estate professional. If your are looking to buy a home, I can speak from experience, you won't find anyone more genuinely interested in helping you make one of the biggest decisions in your life a pleasant and enjoyable journey.
