Having known Kathy for several years thru a co-worker and conversations, I knew when the time came for me to sell my mothers home after she passed, Kathy was who I wanted to handle it and trusted she would follow thru to get the best outcome. Kathy Buterakos is the best! She has gone out of her way to help me with sales and a purchase. She is knowledgeable in pretty much every aspect of a sale or purchase. It's not surprising to me at all that she has received sales awards in the past and I believe she'll continue to receive them.
