She would always get right back to us when we had a question or concern. We always felt important and we always felt that she represented us well as the sellers. Kathy is honest. She knows the local market and she gets the job done. We had a difficult sale because it was part of my father's estate. There were problems along the way but Kathy always looked for the best solutions. In the end, we got over asking price and she made the sale. Well done!
