We had been vacation-house hunting in the area. By chance, called the century 21 company from a magazine we'd seen. Kathy was in the office that afternoon, so we went by! She was simply superb! I think we tired her out looking for us! She did a perfect job for us. Very satisfied.

Kathy worked with us for months before we finally found the home we loved. Ever present without being overbearing or pushy, Kathy was constantly sending us links to new listing that she thought would appeal to us with comments on the Pros and Cons of the listing. I swear, she has been in the majority of the houses in Blount County and is quick to point out the good from the bad on almost every property in the area.. Kathy Hmielewski is a person you can trust. I love that she admits to not knowing an answer to your question but she always has the answer within minutes. I hate it when people try to bluff there way through a conversation. That is not Kathy. She is honest to a point that allowed us to trust her almost immediately. Kathy helped us negotiate a great price and followed through by physically being at the property while it was being inspected but the House Inspector, Bug Man and she was even poking the ground around the house helping the Septic Tank Inspector locate the septic tank. Kathy was with Dan and I all the way through the process. She stayed in touch and was in our deal neck deep from start to finish even present for the Closing to assure all the bases were covered. But the best thing of all is that we feel we have added Kathy Hmielewski to our list of friends. We are blessed to find her for our business transaction and to now have her as a friend.
