Kathy Hollingshead is such a great realtor. She was so patient with my husband throughout our sale. He is very hard of hearing and this makes explaining things to him difficult, on top of the fact that he hates change. Kathy was able to deal with him so well and I can't say enough good about her. She made the process easy. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She even sold my younger sister a home a few months later and will likely sell my remaining sister a house in the next year! If selling or buying a home is a daunting process for you, please use Kathy Hollingshead.

I knew long before we sold our home and downsized to a smaller home in the area that I would use Kathy Hollingshead as my realtor. Having known her through many civic clubs, I knew her to be responsible and level headed.Selling a home and buying a new one is a large and scary prospect and Kathy made this easy for us. Although we had a tight market and many crazy things happen that neither of us had any control over, she smoothed the way to our new home. She is a calm and sincere person. I just trusted her to do what was best for us and she delivered. We are so happy. I can't imagine using anyone else in the valley.
