Buyer review

Kathy was the only agent to show us house before we were pre-qualified. Which was important to start looking early. The process of buying a home has been complicated for me along the way due to my own circumstances and Kathy Hollingshead has been patient and "took the helm" at times to help me navigate through difficult waters. When I asked for help, she offered it, but was always respectful of my own preferences. There were many times when my schedule was a bit strange and she was able to always meet me when I was available. I felt respected and understood throughout this long journey. When I was discouraged, she always had positive and encouraging words to offer. I really appreciated her in this experience and will be seeking her when I need further realtor assistance.
