I have lived and worked in Northern Virginia for the past 40 years and have lived in the beautiful Piedmont Region of Fauquier and Culpeper counties for the past 27 years. I feel truly blessed every day that I live in this beautiful rural landscape and that I was able to raise my three children here. She never rushed us, and made us feel very comfortable about our purchase. We had a little bit of negotiating with the seller, and she helped us with that. In the end, we felt we had gotten a good deal. It was very smooth.

It was my first time buying a home so she understood my concerns and answered any questions I had extremely thoroughly and not only answered them, but made sure I understood the answers and the decisions I was making. Buying a house always involves some trade-offs - location, price etc and I had a hard time dealing with these trade-offs so Kathy boiled all my requirements down to my top 3 must-haves and we worked our way from there. We looked at several houses (pretty much all over NOVA) and even when I decided I didn't like any of them, she constantly remained very patient and offered more houses to look at. There were a couple of houses she didn't recommend at all because she noticed several issues with them - I really appreciated that feedback. In the end, I believe we ended up with the best house out of the lot with regards to location, price, age, quality etc and Kathy helped me get a very good deal on it. I'm very happy we got the opportunity to work together :)
