We are glad that Kathy Jones were able to sell the house we acquired through a bulk sale without seeing it. Kathy took some pictures and sent them to us. The sign she put up eventually brought us a neighbor who wants to expend their lot. The sale price was reasonable. We were able to cut some losses from our investment.

Unfortunately the home inspection was lacking a lot in detail which had nothing to with Kathy Jones. The previous owner of this property has been more than proven to be dishonest and have the ability to blatantly hide and mislead the facts. In light of this Kathy Jones went the extra miles, yes miles to insure the best for her client. There isn't a score high enough to rate her.

Kathy Jones didn't just list our home, she did everything possible to help us sell it. I'll explain the difference. She discovered hardwood floors under some carpeted bedrooms. She took time to show this to me (I have to travel from another state, but she always accommodated me), and give me suggestions on how to restore it. In just about 3 days work (spread out over time), all of the wood floors were restored and looked wonderful. She also gave me other suggestions, which I accepted and applied. Because I was living out of state, she would check on the house from time to time as well. She was always prompt to update me on any showings or offers, as well as what might have hindered a sale (if it were fixable). She responded to questions within minutes most of the time, certainly in the same day. Overall, I am very impressed by the work Kathy Jones performs as a realtor. I was so impressed, in fact, I suggested my mother take her on as a realtor as well.
