Seller reviewI actually enjoyed getting to know Kathy; she is very personable. Also, she spent a good bit of time talking to me, getting to know and understand my desires in selling my mother's house. It did take longer to sell the house because of it's age and need of updates. Kathy understood this and saw the potential of the house. It was a game of waiting for the right buyer to come along. Once they did, the sale went very quickly.
