Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, Kathy is a 1986 cum laude graduate of Moravian College with a bachelor's degree in accounting and minor in marketing. After graduation, Kathy worked for a telecommunications company as a successful National Accounts Sales Manager, winning multiple awards and trips for her accomplishments. After 15 years in corporate sales, she resigned to become a stay-at-home mom for her two children. Continuing her love for sales, Kathy pursued a career in real estate in 2007 and established herself with Century 21 Keim Realtors. Successful in helping both buyers and sellers achieve their goals, she continues to receive awards in providing outstanding customer service including multiple Century 21 Quality Service and Quality Service Pinnacle Awards. Kathy currently lives in Nazareth, Pennsylvania with her husband, two children and labrador retriever. Her interests include hiking, swimming, crafting, and spending time with her family.

She gave excellent referrals for people to take trash and to make repairs. And she worked hard on organizing the offers we received so we were able to understand what offers were the best choice for us. She worked quickly to get our house on the market and educated us on every step in the process. We received an offer very quickly and when that offer unfortunately fell through, Kathy was quick to get our home back on the market and begin showings again. She pays attention to detail and reviews all documents. She was detailed in relaying information and made the entire process low stress and very quick. I was blown away by Kathy's work, communication, and care in the sale of our home! She was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Buyer reviewThis year has been one of profound change and challenge for me, and I knew I would need a great deal of help with this next challenge: buying a home. I also knew what I was looking for in a real estate agent, and after a recommendation from a family friend and upon meeting Kathy Novak, I knew I had found the agent I was meant to work with. It has been a difficult market to navigate, but Kathy was there to guide me. But more than that, she always kept a positive attitude, checked in on me on a personal level throughout and after the process, and gave me honest feedback throughout. It was a very daunting process, but because I had such trust in Kathy, I felt I could find and purchase the house that was meant to become my new home. I will always have tremendous respect for her and gratitude for holding my hand and walking me through this most frightening of life events.
