My house had been on the market previously with another agency, and I had found business cards left by agents from Kathy's office. I asked family members, and Kathy was highly praised. I never even stepped into the office. I reached out to Kathy by email, we met at my house, and I had offers within a week, like magic. Kathy handled many details, large and small, without my having to worry about them. She communicated in a clear and timely fashion, and made this home sale quick and simple for me. I would not hesitate to recommend her. I've bought and sold many houses over my lifetime, but Kathy made every single step along the way smooth sailing. The house had multiple offers right away, brought higher than asking price and was closed much more quickly than I expected. I could not have hoped for a better experience. Buying and selling a home can be a very anxiety ridden experience, but Kathy literally made the entire experience stress free for me. Kathy Riggio is the best. She came prepared, organized and helped my in more ways than she truly had to. I live out of town and Kathy went above and beyond to help me secure a roofer and kept an eye on work that needed to be completed prior to selling the home. I could NOT have done this without her. The preparation on her estimate in setting the price of the property was extremely thorough and well thought out. Kathy's communication skills are excellent.
