We are not skilled in the modern way of purchasing a home with all of the computer usage, different companies involved, and additional requirements we knew nothing about. She walked us through every step and guided us to companies and people we would need as we went along and made sure we did everything we needed to do in a timely manner. Kathy is incredibly kind and patient. I could not have asked for a better person to help me find a home, not just a house. I never expected my first friend in a new city to be my realtor. She is that kind of person.
