We reached out to her about seeing a specific property and she was able to get us an appointment same day to see the house. This prompt and quick response was continued with all our interactions; texts, calls and emails! She walked us through the process and helped us anticipate the next steps and ask questions we didn't know we should be asking! We encountered some hiccups along the way with the sellers and Katie was quick to negotiate in our interest and handled these sticky situations with professionalism and speed!
