Buyer reviewThe selling and buying process was overwhelming to think about but Katie walked us through all the steps with patience and understanding. She went above and beyond to help in any way. In doing so, she found a house in a unique situation. We were hesitant but she saw the potential and, gently, pushed us to see it. We ended up loving it and got the house! I think it says a lot about her- to help us sell our home in the midst of an intense, changing market AND help us buy a home in a non-traditional way. I was impressed and felt her negotiation skills surpassed the amount of experience she had. She truly works tirelessly to provide the best service!

We also have mutual friends that had Katie had helped through the buying and selling process that said that she did great for them, so we felt comfortable moving forward with her. The sales experience from staging and photography to cleaning and getting the home ready to list, to waiting for the offers to come can be quite a roller coaster, but Katie communicated great and helped us manage our expectations and encouraged us throughout the process.

Two days later we put in an offer on a house, I'd say she performed!! Due to no error on her part she professionally guided us through a very rushed listing of our current property. She fielded 10 offers in 3 days, selling our home on the 3rd day for over asking price!!
