Katrina went above and beyond for us on this purchase. We knew it would be tricky as we are 2200 miles away and everything would need done via the phone or FaceTime. She not once gave any fuss to any request we made, she fully understood our wants and requirements. Shoot a couple times she even stepped in like a mother would and simply said "this ain't gunna work for ya.." that is exactly what I am after when it comes to things like this. We told her the three priorities and if it was a stretch or "labor intensive" to meet the requirements we had she simply said to us, professionally of course, "move on to the next one, we'll find it." This woman was glad to pop in on a house last minute and face time us each room sometimes going in circles, often looking at multiple houses in one day, never complained with our two hour time difference from Utah to Virginia. She truly made us feel special and like she wanted to earn every bit of the sale/business/friendship, whatever you want to say, she worked for it and it truly had shown to us. If we ever end up purchasing or anything alike in Virginia again, we will be requesting her, so long she is willing!
