Buyer reviewIf you're excited to buy a home but nervous because you have no idea where to start, Katrina is the perfect realtor for you. Any questions you have she has a great answer that is based on real knowledge and previous encounters. You can tell she has experience and is excellent at her job. While this may make her seem like an uber serious individual focused on her work, she is actually a joy to be around and is great at making the process fun. Being my first home purchase, I was really at a loss on what I needed to do and what was going to work for me. As soon as I contacted Katrina, everything just seemed to start falling in place. Now I have a home that is pretty much exactly what I wanted, and I am beyond ecstatic to be a homeowner. Thank you Katrina.

Seller reviewKatrina Goodrich was amazing to work with! She helped me through the process and understanding all parts of the selling. She was so patient and helpful with honestly everything. I had buyers for my home and they backed out a few days before closing. I was so frustrated and Katrina helped give me a positive light about the situation. When we found buyers again she went above and beyond in many aspects to help me sell my home as well as help the new buyer with buying the home. We were unsure if we were going to be able to make it work and she made it happen. I'm sure with many sleepless nights and a lot of back and forths with lenders. She has definitely got strong will and determination. I will forever be grateful for all that she did for me!

She made sure the closing and the exchange of contracts was as easy and painless as possible. We're very impressed with everything Katrina did. She really had our best interest at heart. We could tell she definitely loves what she does and loves to help families find a new home. We were very happy with Katrina. She was amazing. She kept us informed with everything going on. We are first time home buyers and she made the whole experience wonderful. We had some issues with the house after closing and she went above and beyond with her broker to get it all taken care of. If it was not for her we never would have been able to purchase our home. She knew of a mortgage broker that was able to get us approved even with some credit issues we had. Her and her team were amazing the whole way. We Will definitely use Katrina again if and when we decide to buy or sell again and will and have recommended her to others as well.
