I am from a small town in VA, and it is there I grew to love and respect the importance of community. I am a devoted wife to my husband Jason and a proud mom to my sons Ethan and Lucas. My family and I moved to the Topsail area in 2017 and quickly fell in love with coastal living and all that the community has to offer. As a Century 21 agent I am dedicated to helping my clients find the home that fits their needs and desires. I enjoy educating my clients about the market and the process of buying and/or selling a home so they can make the best decision for themselves. Seller reviewAs soon as Katrina told me she was interested in going into real estate, I told her she was going to be the one to sell my house. There were several reasons for this. One, she is an incredibly intelligent woman. She likes to know her field well which makes her a wealth of knowledge. Second, I was not afraid to ask her what I thought may be stupid questions. She understands that this may be some people's first time dealing with a real estate transaction. And lastly, she has a huge heart! I knew that not only would she have my best interest in mind, but also the buyers. Fast forward a couple of years, and my house is sold. Thank you for all of your help and guidance along the way!
