Renee made sure we got copies of pertinent documents and her advice and experience helped with our decisions. She worked hard and got the priorities done in a timely manner. We'd like to stay friends with Renee and have established a good relationship with her. The concierge services didn't provide the service needed and passed me on to someone else switching people until nothing happened. I gave up on them as the guy was green and had to ask a coworker who wasn't available. I finally got tired of waiting and had to get utilities myself. Other services mentioned turned out to be only leads for expensive laborers. Thanks to Renee she suggested an experienced handyman with whom we are happy and he's coming back to work again at a reasonable rate. Renee walked us through the difficulties of navigating the bumps along the way and knows what needs done and stays on top of things as they happen.
