Kay is very patient and kind and I so needed that. This was my first purchase as a single women and Kay took all my concerns in consideration. Her personality never wavered. My daughter had used Kay for the purchase of her home. I met with Kay over three years ago and let her know that I was planning to move to Texas in the coming couple of years. Kay stayed in contact with me at various times over the past few years. I met personally with her in August of 2018 and let her know in February I was ready to make the move. I moved from Ohio to Texas and did everything through emails and phone conversations. I closed on my home on April 15th.
