Keely is an amazing agent! She listened to all of our ideas, concerns, comments, and was always open to answering any question. She always answered in a reasonable amount of time to either email, phone call, or text. If she did know the answer right then she was honest and said she would find out for us. We had such an amazing experience in home building/buying with her. Keely was on top of all our paperwork. She prepared us ahead of time if she was able to have documents signed so we were able to move forward with the next steps. Keely was very open with us from the beginning. She was very easy to talk to and we knew we could ask her anything. She was so helpful and accommodating. We lived out of town and she was amazing at communicating with us about all of the progress with our house. When COVID hit the Tri-Cities she let us know what could happen with the building process at that point and walked us through all of the steps of safety that she and our builders were talking.
