Keith managed the purchase of our property while living 2000+ miles away with a 3 hr timezone difference. He went above and beyond what anyone might expect from an agent - including remote showings of the property, recommendations for contractors, closing attorneys, coordinating inspections, etc. He is very responsive on the phone and email, letting us know well in advance when he may be unavailable due to planned travel or even simple errands. Keith had shown us a few homes a couple of years earlier and we were very impressed with his desire to help us find a home we loved. He seemed more concerned in helping us than to make a sale for himself. He is very down to earth and has excellent follow through.
