100 plus transactions experienced in single family residences and multi-family residences.I became a real estate agent because I enjoy helping people manage their biggest investment - their home. Whether they are buying their first home, or their 5th, or selling one of their most personal treasures, I want to be the one guiding them through the process. I have lived in the High Desert for over 22 years. My background is in construction, both residential and commercial, and as a field supervisor I had my hand in every aspect of the project. I have been married for over 30 years and have raised a wonderful family here in the Victor Valley. So, this is my home, and I want to help make it home for my clients as well.

It's a long story what happened with our process. My family was moving 6 hours away from our old house. We had bad luck with our other realtor that was selling our home. BUT Keith basically did the other realtors job as well. He made me aware of everything and anything that needed to be done. I really liked how Keith would always inform us every day and answer all my questions either through texts or calls. Didn't matter the time! There was great communication from Keith. I cannot thank him enough for helping my family purchase our new home. Even after the closing of the purchase, Keith has made sure we are satisfied. That's what I call good customer service. 100% would recommend Keith Liverman. He gets the job done! The experience of buying a home through Keith was great. He has the best knowledge and experience to help anyone. Right away, I could tell he was determined to help us buy our home, regardless of issues that came up here and there from our other realtor (no issues with Keith).
