Keith did things for me that are beyond the job description. I successfully made a move from downtown LA to rural Lucerne Valley with only my bike and the bus for transportation. A bike is better than a car in downtown LA but not in a rural area and not when looking at homes or moving in afterward. So Keith drove me around, picked me up at the bus stop and even helped me move some big items into my new home.
