Whether they are buying their first home, or their 5th, or selling one of their most personal treasures, I want to be the one guiding them through the process. I have lived in the High Desert for over 22 years. My background is in construction, both residential and commercial, and as a field supervisor I had my hand in every aspect of the project. I have been married for over 30 years and have raised a wonderful family here in the Victor Valley. So, this is my home, and I want to help make it home for my clients as well.

Keith was not pushy and he gave us the time and space to feel comfortable with the decision to buy the house. When it became clear that the seller had multiple offers then he guided us through successful negotiations. Keith kept in close contact with the seller's realtor and we knew practically hour by hour what was happening. Shortly after our offer was accepted Keith's mother became gravely ill and passed away. Even though he was going through a tough personal situation he made sure we had support until he could get back into town. Having Keith Liverman for a realtor is like having your own personal concierge. I dread the day when I have to stop asking him for help. :)
