I chose Kelley based on her local community outreach and volunteer work; I wanted to work with a broker who is actively making a difference in our town. Kelley hustled from the get~go and got our house under contract, for over asking price, in 3 days. She was enthusiastic, honest and transparent every step of the way. Beyond the previous comments I made regarding Kelley's performance in this survey, I will just say she was the absolute best broker to sell our home. Seller reviewSelling and buying a home is one of THE most stressful things we face in our lives. Kelly understands this is a life event and treats the process with humanity instead dollar signs. It's refreshing to be treated as a person not a transaction. Take it from someone who has moved over 12 times in 36 years between Maine and Colorado she is by far the most empathetic Realtor I have ever known. Her experience and patience during the whole process is what makes her stand out from the crowd. Her boundaries are healthy and her aproach is no nonsense.

We have recommended her to anyone who needed a real estate agent previously and we will continue to do so in the future. We first spoke to Kelley professionally for the sale of our house years ago. She was gracious and respectful and provided great suggestions about the salability and improvements. We asked for advice for our unique situation and she provided great insight - which we followed. We did not go through with the initial listing but reached out to her after COVID. She recalled our circumstance and aided in our final home sale. Kelley is honest and straight forward. She is immediately accessable at any time and the most knowledgeable agent. She has our highest recommendation.

Seller reviewWe went from putting out feelers to selling and closing on our home of 38 years in three months. Although there were rough patches due to unforeseen updates, and difficulty in finding folks to do the work in a timely fashion we had support, suggestions, and help with Kelley. Her list of contacts is second to none. When there was a question she was prompt in getting to us and willing to work with us in finding the answers or help that we needed. She kept us in the loop and kept us on top of things that needed to be completed. Although we had a few "hiccups" along the way, Kelley was ready with a contact or info that helped get us over the hurdle. She was a our best "task master" and our best "cheerleader." She found answers when needed and went the extra mile to help.
