She has a great amount of knowledge with EVERYTHING having to do with buying a house. We could call Kelley at any time and she was always available or would get back to us within the hour. Kelley and I went to a few showings and she gave me her honest opinion of the home. She was not quick to have my family get into a house, she wanted us to have the PERFECT house. Seller reviewKelley Skillin- Smith was amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable with the housing market and helped us price our home perfectly. From day one she made everything so simple. Kelley came to our home and told us exactly what we needed to get the house ready for pictures and then ready for showing. We had a lot of clutter and moving around to do (due to our small children), and Kelley was very encouraging and sent us texts or called to check on our progress. Kelley hired a photographer who took beautiful pictures of the home. Once the house was officially on the market, we were under contract in about 14 days. Kelley stayed in touch through the whole process and we chatted just about every other day. She spelled out exactly what we needed to do and the whole experience was made easy and enjoyable. We are now looking for a new home and are highly confident Kelley will get us into our forever home. This whole experience did not feel like business; it felt like a friend helping us to sell our home. Kelley truly cares about her clients and what is best for them and that shines through.
