As a 20-year Real Estate Veteran, I am committed to providing the highest quality of service. I am an experienced and successful realtor with a proven track record of goal attainment and relationship development within the highly competitive and evolving real estate market. I sell homes at top dollar faster than the average agent-on average 30 days or less. I believe my firsthand experience on the emotions, struggles, and logistics of relocation and my knowledge of the amenities, schools, neighborhoods and points of interest for the different communities will offer tremendous insight to the many families moving into or away from the area. Coupled with my combination of 20 years' experience in real estate, strong work ethic, "get it done" personality, service oriented attitude and compassion, will allow me to make a positive contribution to the customer and the team. Seller reviewOur broker was very knowledgeable and was referred to us. We had a previous neighbor that use this broker, and she did an outstanding job on selling that home as well as marketing the home. We were very satisfied with the brokers knowledge about home sales and how to decorate property to be sold. We were truly pleased with Kelli's service in working with us, she was as awesome!

She is well knowledgeable of the whole process from start to finish, and she is always 10 steps ahead of you. When selling your home with Kelli, there is nothing for you to do, but to have your home show ready! My husband and I are extremely pleased with how Kelli handled the sale of our home, even with the current changing market. Preparing your home for the market can be a stressful process, but with Kelli Chatman as your agent, she makes the process seem like a breeze. I would 100% recommend Kelli Chatman to my family and/or friends, when looking for an agent to buy and/or sell a home.
