My husband and I we're moving to the Panama city and we had never lived in the state of Florida before nor did we have any information on where we should live and we really didn't know what we were looking for. She helped us right away with giving us a list to start from and to see what our likes and dislikes were. She found the perfect house for us. We found a house. The house we were looking at was a auction sale and was also a foreclosure. We were a bit scared to hear this and what it may detail. But Kellie stepped in and save the day she gave us great confidence. She worked with auctions before. She did her studying up and got to work on getting us the house of our dreams. Letting us know that it was possible for us to buy this home and that she was going to do her best to get us this home. She worked constantly with the banks and the auction company to get a perfect contract and timeline we needed to move into the home (we were on a time crunch) and she succeeded far and beyond what we were even hoping for. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She made it an open line of cummcation to help with any questions that we may have. We were welcome anytime to call her of we needed anything at all. Even after the closing she still went way beyond her call of duty to make sure that our home was what we needed and if we needed anything she made it happen. I could not say anything better other than I would use her again. She was the first face of interaction with this new town we are living in and she gave us great hope that everyone else will be just as nice. So happy with our move and home thanks to her! I am a licensed real estate agent in Ohio (1993-2009, retired), and in Florida ( 1995-present, semi-retired). I live in Venice (southern), Florida and recently found myself in need of an agent to sell a property I owned in Panama City. Since this is about an 8 hour drive, I knew I would not be able to be involved, but, as an agent myself, I know how to find the best possible person for the job. After much careful research I decided on Kelli White Garrett, of Century 21 Commander realty. I took a trip up there to meet her and was very favorably impressed. From the time we listed the property until the closing today, less than 90 days later, I have been increasingly impressed with her skills, knowledge, frequency of communication, and most of all willingness to do whatever is necessary to help her clients. She was able to sell it for full asking price, and close in less than 30 days. There were several could-have-been-disasters along the way, which she handled with speed and grace. This was a very modest, starter/fixer property, not a high value money maker. Further, since I am also an agent she would have to share a small portion of her fee with me. And yet, I clearly received the same standard of care and client service as would a multi-million dollar beachfront seller. I did not know Kelli before this , and we have no connections, personal or business. I cannot recommend her strongly enough to anyone who wants a great agent, and especially to out of town clients who need an agent they can completely rely on!
