Kelly Barrett was a fantastic broker to work with throughout the entire process. Kelly had helped us two years before, when we almost bought a house but got cold feet before accepting a final deal. She came back to help us out with this one (our first house) without skipping a beat. She worked well with us and made sure we had the right advice and was comfortable before moving forward with any step of the process. I would highly recommend her for any first time home buyer! Kelly made sure we knew what each of the terms being negotiated meant and to explain how escrow and closing would work so that there were no surprises at the end of the buying process. Being a first time home buyer is scary and even after researching what to expect, Kelly was still able to fill in the blanks and get us the information we needed to make a very informed decision. We have had no regrets about making the purchase with Kelly helping us out!
