She was super understanding with being new to just about everything in regards to buying a house she explained every single thing in amazing detail to make me feel like an expert. She had involved my wife and I in every aspect of the process and any question myself or my wife had she was able to provide the answer as quickly and professionally as absolutely possible. She made us feel that she was our friend instead of just our agent, she was even great with our kids making them feel involved in the process as well. With my Job requiring me to be gone a month at a time she was able to include me with everything and inform me of any time critical decision that had to be made.
