Seller reviewKelly Clancy not only sold the house in just four days for 97.78 percent of the asking price, but he had at his disposal an excellent building contractor and his team who could do repairs, house cleaning, and furniture moving and who could provide and haul away a dumpster as needed for help in clearing out the house. Kelly, along with the contractor (Sabino Acosta) and his team, did an terrific job! Throughout the entire process of selling the house, we knew that we could trust Kelly to give us the best advice about everything, including an appropriate asking price and how much home improvement should be made. We are very happy with the results of all of Kelly's efforts.
