Buyer reviewIt truly does not get better than Kelly Ettrich. She is the most amazing realtor you will ever find. She puts her whole heart and soul into her clients and her work and it shows! Kelly knows the area like the back of her hand and can give you the pros and cons of every neighborhood easy. She knows about everything from the school zones to best commute routes to the best places there to eat! We had an impossible task for Kelly in terms of finding a home. We truly reached for the stars and thought that in the end we would get maybe 50 percent of our asks. Kelly shocked us when she found us a home that was 100 percent of our asks and then some! This house had features we could only have dreamt of. The best part of this all was she helped us buy this house at under our budget! The real estate market today is crazy, but with Kelly you are in good hands. She will never steer you wrong and she will be honest of you every step of the way. If you want a realtor who can also become a friend Kelly is your gal too! My family and I will be forever grateful to Kelly for her expertise, her kindness, her patience, for meeting us with calmness when we were stressed, for pushing when we needed to be pushed, and more. Kelly is knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, insightful, reachable, adaptable, flexible, kind, respectful and a plain good person that you want to do business with. She attends every walk-though, appraisal, etc. letting you know that she is working hard for you and has your best interests at heart. Kelly helped us sell our home only a few days before the pandemic shut down, which was obviously a stressful time to sell a home. She then joined us at the closing table of our new home where she honored a deal that helped us design our forever home. I could not speak more highly of Kelly and will recommend her to family and friends in the area seeking to move.
