Kelly (Keating) Griebel was born and raised in the Soldotna area before there was even a hospital. She loves the Kenai Peninsula & plans to remain here among good friends & family. Seller reviewWe purchased our Alaska dream home in 2021 with Kelly's help and knowledge being invaluable since we had visited Soldotna only once before. We put a lot of trust in Kelly as we purchased a home with only a video walk through. We had a great experience and loved living in Alaska more than we could've ever imagined. Due to changing family circumstances, we found it necessary to sell our home 2024. This was a difficult and sad time for us, but Kelly, Hayley, and Forrest were a tremendous help. Despite their own family was going through tremendous challenges during our sale, someone was always availbale for questions or updates. We will be forever grateful for the help we received from them.

Its obvious that she is highly experienced in the realty business. She has professional connections with contractors and helped set up the right people to complete the things that needed to be done to sale the house and this took a lot of stress off of us. The house sold quicker than I expected and we are very pleased with Kelly's work.
