Seller reviewLike my last home purchase through Kelly & Duane, they made me feel that I was their first priority throughout the home sale process. They went above and beyond to give me advice and support. I interviewed another realtor as required by my company relocation process. Although I had pretty much made my decision to work with Kelly and Duane based on my previous awesome experience, it was great to confirm that Kelly and Duane understood my needs and requirements so well and had a much better, personalized marketing plan through the interview process. One thing impressed a lot is that over the last 3+ years, Kelly and Duane have continuously enhanced their great service through adopting new technologies. They didn't acquire new technologies just to be cool, instead the technologies truly serve them and their clients. I like convenient the "new" e-sign application, online marketing tools, and the online survey. I highly recommend Kelly and Duane's service. I would love to work with Kelly and Duane again. Hopefully, I don't have to relocate again so soon ;-) Two thumbs up!
