I was born and raised in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. After living in central Mississippi for 17 years, I landed in the Twin Lakes Area. From visiting family, I decided that this was the area I wanted to live in. While the beautiful lakes and rivers and mild winters were the initial attraction, the wonderful people and small town feel were what made me want to make the Mountain Home area my home! In past years, I sold real estate in Florida and realized how much I loved it; so in 2003, I received my Arkansas real estate license.
I feel that it is an honor to help someone find their future home, not just a house. Whether you are looking for the special home to raise your family or the perfect place to enjoy retirement, your home is more than just an investment. She is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful through every step in the process as well as recommending professionals to take care of our new-home purchase needs. We came from out-of-state for only a week and Kelly did her homework for several properties we wanted see. She also showed us more homes while introducing us to the community. Being out-of-state visitors, we really appreciated Kelly giving us a realistic view of local property values. With the added complication of a 1031 exchange and the fact that we had to leave the area during the process, Kelly has been extremely helpful in every aspect of our purchase.
