She explained everything thoroughly and was great to work with. Kelly was always available when we had questions and if she didn't have the answer she was quick to get the information and get back with us. She was very personable and down to earth. She was always willing to explore any property we wanted to look at and went over it with a fine tooth comb making sure we saw everything about the property. The good and the bad! She is very down to earth and doesn't project that slick "salesman" persona. If she didn't know the answer to a question we had, she would take the time to find it. I truly enjoyed our relationship and now count her as a friend as well as my agent.

Kelly set up automatic communications to let us know about property showings and potential buyer's feedback after home tours. It helped a lot in managing the process, especially from afar. Communication is so important when buying and selling property and Kelly excelled in keeping us informed and making sure we had regular updates and important information.
