She was super attentive, patient, understanding and was able to provide advice as far as how to proceed whenever we hit a minor road bump. I was a successful broker for 30 years myself, but I ended up in Europe so it was very good to find someone that I can trust and proved to be worthy of my trust even though we've never met before in person. She did way better than I expected when she first approached me randomly, probably from an expired listing with another broker. Kelly is GREAT.
