Kelly always made herself available for my calls regardless of the time. Returned calls within minutes if she could not pick up immediately and always receded with a text notifying me how soon she would call back. This usually was within a 2-10 minute time frame. Very prompt. Kelly came highly recommended from a family member. I used her to sell my house and was very, very pleased with results. I chose to use her to buy my house as well
