She was very well prepared for our initial visit, providing us with helpful and honest information and advise for our property and sales process. She was right on with the listing price. We wanted a quicker sale and Kelly helped us price it accordingly. In part good luck, in part Kelly's pricing strategy and her instructions on how to present our house, we sold the first weekend it was listed. Kelly always had great communication though the whole process, was always professional and very accessible. Would certainly recommend her.

Seller reviewKelly Normand was prompt and responsive throughout the entire home sale processes. Her marketing tools (photos, brochure, social media) were very effective, and she did an excellent job of generating interest in our home before it hit the market. We received a lot of traffic during the first couple of days, and we were able to find a buyer quickly. After we had vacated the property and moved across the country Kelly did an outstanding job of negotiating the inspection items and meeting with service professionals as needed to make final repairs. Kelly was able to reduce much of the stress associated with selling a home, and we can't thank her enough! We would highly recommend Kelly Normand to our friends and family!
