Seller reviewWe had no experience in selling a home prior to this. Kelly Padgett was there to answer our many questions and kept in touch almost daily with what phase of negotiations were ongoing and results of same. With an older home there were obstacles with certain inspections, etc. Each time she met the challenenge and made things easier to solve problems.
