She went above-and-beyond by listening to our needs, finding the perfect house and meeting us there multiple times when we asked to see it and did it with enthusiasm.. We are from out-of-state and she created videos for us which helped tremendously in our decision-making. Sometimes pictures don't paint a true perspective but her videos definitely did. Kelly has been invaluable in helping us get connected locally by providing phone numbers and names for utilities, for home services (painting, mowing, etc) and getting her recommendations has made things much easier for our transition. We recommend Kelly if you want a friendly, personable, knowledgeable agent who is willing to listen to and meet your home needs!

She helped us to quickly get our offer together and submitted when we found the perfect house for us. She helped move the transaction along when needed, like when the Sellers did not receive our inspection requests that our attorney had emailed to their attorney. We highly recommend Kelly and would pick her for any future real estate transactions.
